If there is an issue with your order and we cannot contact you using the contact details you provided in the order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel your order and refund any money paid.
Change of mind
If you change your mind on a product purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within seven calendar days from the day it was delivered to you.
To return an item for refund or exchange:
- The item must be NOT used or damaged, and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
- The item must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with product.
- Send an email to email@example.com stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return
- Our Customer Service Team will then process your case, and reply your email in 2 days and advise our return address.
Any refund for change of mind will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.
Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.
Where the item has a faulty after 30 calendar days, and it is branded Bestway, you may contact Bestway After-sales Customer Service.
When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
If after checking, the returned item is not faulty, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds for all purchases on our website will be facilitated through your original payment method.
Big & Bulky products cannot be returned or exchanged once the item has been delivered. Please send an email to email@example.com if the product is faulty.
